1. Definitions

Multiple accounts registered under the same name, household address, email address, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and transactions, and forfeit all balances. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

3.5 Prohibited Persons

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a cod4d account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information must match your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

cod4d operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of your government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, Passport, or Driver's License)

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

cod4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable transaction fees.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by account tier and payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly (within 1-5 minutes). If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction receipt.

cod4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24/7 through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals to different payment methods require additional verification.

Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB) and up to 1 hour during off-peak times. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours for manual review.

You must wager your deposit amount at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

cod4d reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests if:

• Your account has not completed KYC verification

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, time limits, and withdrawal conditions. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement ranging from 15x to 35x the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, depending on the promotion). 7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to our Sports Betting Rules, which govern bet settlement, void bets, postponed events, abandoned matches, and other sport-specific situations. Results are determined based on official results announced by the governing sports body or league. cod4d is not responsible for errors in match information, odds, or statistics provided by third-party data sources.

We reserve the right to void bets placed on matches where the outcome is already known, matches affected by match-fixing or corruption, or markets where we detect technical errors or palpable mistakes in the offered odds. Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will result in bet voidance regardless of whether the bet won or lost.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live video streaming from licensed studios. Game rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and payout tables are available within each game. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets are voided and funds returned to players' accounts.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, bet voidance, and fund forfeiture:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, stolen identities, fraudulent documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, game manipulation, or collusive betting schemes
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms or markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Bot Usage: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games
• Money Laundering: Using cod4d services to launder illegally obtained funds or to facilitate criminal financial activity
• Advantage Play: Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage
• Multiple Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, abuse bonuses, or evade account restrictions
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing cod4d staff or other players through chat, email, or other communication channels

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cod4d shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or system maintenance that temporarily prevents access to services

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any losses resulting from your violation of these Terms and Conditions

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to cod4d in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

cod4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Your account remains dormant (no login or activity) for more than 12 consecutive months

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements cannot be closed until those conditions are satisfied or bonuses are forfeited.
